Organisations are in a constant state of flux today and so are its people. The future is not always certain, 5 year plans are a thing of the past and job descriptions are constantly evolving and all this rapid change is a challenge for management and staff.
We are retained by clients to meet a number of needs. They may need to transition their people through a change process internally where some people may have lost their jobs and the “survivors” need to keep the ship afloat. There may be limited opportunities for internal promotion and they need to help people to take personal responsibility for career management.
