1:1 Career Stocktake

This programme is an independent and impartial service for Organisations who have people that have flatlined in their roles or just don’t fit with where the organisation is headed in the future. Over the past number of years we have worked with great success in helping these people to identify where they need to go and what they need to do to make that change. In some cases, the person may decide to pursue a new role in their current organisation where they will be more motivated or they may leave in the knowledge there is career and financial transition support  to help them into a new external career. Either way, the result is a win-win for the organisation and the person involved. This independent impartial programme is an excellent solution for HR or Line Managers struggling to deal with a sensitive situation.
