Managing Career Conversations

Another creative intervention we have developed at a time of more limited career options is to offer Managers a framework to have more effective career conversations. Our Managing Career Conversations programme offers a Coaching framework for a career development review meeting. We use the managers own real life case material for these workshops to ensure the programme is relevant and realistic. Our approach is to empower and enable managers to use our career coaching framework to maximise their employee talent within the organisation.
