Voluntary Redundancy Decisions - the downsizing in the public sector poses different challenges as making people compulsory redundant is not an option. Many who have seen their job as one for life are fearful when the offer of a Voluntary redundancy package is on offer. They are fearful because they do not have enough facts to make their decision. Instead they are often left to rely on many different amateur opinions. Our response has been to create a comprehensive career and financial awareness programme to help organisations help their people separate fact from opinion and make the right decision for them and their families.
