Fiachra Driscoll

Fiachra joined Harmonics as General Manager in January 2011 and has overall responsibility for the management of the business, leading the Harmonics team to ensure the delivery of a top class service to our clients. As an Executive Career & Business Performance Coach, Fiachra has a demonstrable track record of success  in helping people to ‘unlock their potential to maximise their own performance’ bringing a passionate, energetic yet supportive coaching style to the relationship. Companies Fiachra has worked with most recently include Amazon, GlaxoSmithKline, the C&C Group and Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland. Fiachra draws on over 18 years of business experience (14 years at Board level) with drinks manufacturer/retailer, Beamish & Crawford plc based in Cork.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, and having operated successfully as both Finance Director and subsequently, for ten years, as Commercial Director, Fiachra has extensive cross-functional experience ranging from people management & development, strategic planning, business development and introduction of new products to financial management, cost reduction and business restructuring. This diversity of experience enables him to relate to a wide range of situations and people in business.
