Description
Our Multinational Healthcare Client based in the Midwest has a requirement for an Order Management Rep. This is a contract position for an approximate 12 month period.
Duties:
- Review/approve all orders and customer documentation to ensure they are in accordance with guidelines for revenue recognition and legal requirements.
- Manage and review all orders for completeness and accuracy to insure the orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped accordingly.
- Be the primary contact for Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Planning and Production on order related matters.
- Work with Planning and Shipping to schedule orders in line with customer requirements and company lead times.
- Develop action plan for orders not booked and work with sales organization to resolve issues.
- Report to management on backlog and work independently / with the team and management to resolve issues.
Education/Experience:
- Third level qualification in business or related area desirable
- 2+ years order mangement experience within a multinational organisation essential.
