Order Management Supervisor
Description
Our client has a requirement for an Order Management Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join a dynamic organisation with an excellent company.
Responsibilities:
- Assign workflow to ensure excellent service is delivered through appropriate staff planning and scheduling to meet/exceed all of the department’s goals.
- Sets objectives and identify individual training needs, reviews and reports on performance and documents.
- Lead, coach and develop the members of the Customer Fulfilment Team
- Weekly audit to ensure all orders are received, shipped, invoiced and fully transacted on the system. Resulting in clean month end cut off.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ‘best practices’ processes to reduce costs and improve service
- Ensure efficient and effective communication across all departments – interface regularly with Supply Chain, Quality, I.T., Finance, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Management.
- Attend regular meetings (on or off-site) such as Quarterly Sales & Marketing Meetings, presenting Customer Fulfilment updates when required.
- Ensure 100% compliance with FDA and ensure all Customer Fulfilment related procedures are upto date.
- In conjunction with Supply Chain, manage all stock levels, prioritise stock allocation, set strategic direction for service providers & review performance.
- Monitoring the Service Levels from the call centre, reviewing weekly reports to ensure customer service levels are being maintained.
