Developing Great Leaders - "Lead, Manage, Coach"
To support Managers in effectively meeting the demands placed on them, Harmonics has spent the last three years creating and fine-tuning an approach to Leadership Development which we call: “Lead; Manage; Coach”.
The core principles of this approach are based on the belief that great leaders need to be able to really understand and become skilled in:
People: How they connect; What happens when they don’t; How to invest in building trusted and long-lasting, honest relationships
Potential: How to help others access what they are capable of; Providing guidance and support so that others can perform well;
Power & Performance: Develop the political and business acumen to effectively understand the context in which they operate in their world and navigate well through the challenges; barriers; conflict and opportunities that present;
Themselves: Receive peer to peer feedback along the learning journey as well as wider 360 feedback; Reflect on and challenge their own thinking on what leadership means to them; Who they want to be and how they will get there; Commit to action!
Our approach is bespoke for each client but always based on the principles above.

We work with real-life examples: we ask participants to bring their “hairiest” challenges and we harness the power of our and the groups wisdom to come up with action plans.
We balance input (theory) and action – we believe that theory should be a hook to hang your actions on but have a preference that participants get as much practice as possible.
