Melissa Foley

Melissa joined Harmonics in 2009 to set up the Recruitment division and currently manages the Technical recruitment function.  She has worked with some of the biggest names in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and Manufacturing industries and has successfully matched numerous individuals within indigenous and Multinational companies.  After graduating with a Degree in Marketing, she began her career in financial sales with Halifax and moved into the recruitment sector in 2003. Melissa previously worked with Morgan McKinley where she established the Life Sciences division of Brunel Recruitment and subsequently managed the division in the Midwest region.

Melissa’s unique space as a recruitment consultant is to partner with organisations to source specific skill sets on many Start ups and R&D projects. Melissa goes beyond the job specification when sourcing the right candidate. She ensures that she fully understands how an organizations processes work and their culture. She seeks to match the candidates experience potential and personal values. Melissa’s highly intuitive and personable approach combined with her strong commercial awareness and expertise of current industry trends are key factors in her success.
