Harmonics 1-Day Career Coaching Programme

Participants will learn about who avails of career coaching and why, and how to extract relevant information about the coachee’s unique abilities. The majority of the work takes place in the morning, followed by 1 or 2 live career coaching sessions with participants currently attending a series of workshops at the Tipperary Institute with the Centre for Developing Human Potential.

The participants are unemployed and have already completed sessions on careers, CV preparation, stress, beliefs, managing interviews and will finish on March 10th with a session on how to be their own life coach.

Once the coaching sessions are complete, there will be a group learning and reflection session.

This is an opportunity for new and experienced coaches to develop skills and integrate them through practice with real clients who are seeking to make changes in their lives.
