Our core competency at Harmonics is in providing Outplacement support for Managers and Professional staff.

We deliver bespoke one to one Career Transition Interventions to individuals that unlock the power of the individual, assisting them in achieving their full potential. Our panel of Accredited Career Coaches all come from business backgrounds and work through our comprehensive 4 step core methodology of diagnosis, exploration, career decision and self marketing to affect Career Growth for each Manager going through our programmes.

What makes us different is that we combine the strategic insights, capabilities and experience with service, commitment and results.

From surveys undertaken Managers reported that the most important services from their Outplacement experiences were;

1. Quality Coaching to challenge, mentor and develop new options
2. Working with a coach who is credible and can operate at a similar level
3. Access to a well developed new network of contacts
4. Research support and access to new job search technology

In times of transition, we know that many exiting Managers enter Survival mode and can get “stuck” in an emotional place dealing with fears and concerns of the unknown. Our coaching methodology supports and challenges the Manager to forward focus, vision build, reflect on priorities, cope with ambiguity and become thoughtful and resourceful in growing their future career. We offer 3 levels of one to one Career Coach Transition:

Professional Programme - Up to 10 hours face to face coaching support with research support

Manager Programme - Up to 20 hours face to face coaching support with research support

Executive Programme – Up to 30 hours face to face coaching support with research support

We also additionally provide Start Your Own Business Mentoring, First 100 Days Coaching into a new role and Personal Independent Financial Advice if this is required by the client
