'Lead, Manage, Coach' Programmes

Our “Lead Manage Coach” series of programmes have been designed to meet the development needs of senior managers through a blend of modular workshops, practical experiential exercises, 1-1 business performance coaching sessions and toolkit presentations.

 

The Harmonics approach to Leadership Development is built on the philosophy that breakthrough leadership performance is achieved through a combination of: 

  • Building honest, open, courageous relationships  
  • Recognising your behavioural style and knowing it’s impact 
  • Recognising the benefit of Adult as a style of interacting and choosing to move to Adult as a preferred style in the workplace 
  • Building awareness of what colleagues see and know about you (feedback) 
  • Mapping all of the above to where you want your leadership journey to take you (in 3 or 5 years time) and making a choice about what you want your leadership legacy to be and how you will go about achieving it 
 

We work well within competency sets or approaches already laid down by a client organisation, recognising that if our work is to add value, it needs to operate within the parameters of some “givens” internally. We immerse ourselves in learning about the client organisation before we design our modules and interventions.

Business Performance Coaching Programmes

Our 1-1 Coaching programmes enable Leaders to manage their own career direction in partnership with business performance. Being a Senior Manager can be a lonely place and this career and performance coaching programme has been designed to marry business growth with personal fulfillment. Our senior coaching team at Harmonics set clear measurable outcomes before we contract to coach Senior Managers. This sets clear parameters for what can be achieved within the specific time frame of the coaching contract.

In my capacity as Training, Education and Development Manager with the Mater, I worked with Harmonics in developing a ‘Strategic Career & Management Development Coaching Programme’ for Senior Managers.
