Strategic Business Planning
We facilitate Senior Team Business Planning days which provide a valuable “timeout” opportunity for the senior team to stand back, review, dissect, challenge and build on what they do and how they do it. Outcomes include:
- A senior team which is aligned on its vision, mission and values and which can translate these into everyday use in how they go about managing the business
- A robust exploration by the team of the business’s past activities and projected future direction, taking internal and external factors on board and agreeing the key “pillars” of its strategic direction; what and how those will be achieved
- Exploration and increased understanding of the dynamics that go to deliver a high performance output from the team including recognising difference, giving and receiving feedback, building on strengths; managing creative controversy, collective problem solving and building open dialogue
- Clarity on how this work impacts on other staff and how the benefits will be translated for them
