Pre-Downsizing Support

Our Strategic support interventions help Organisations in dealing with people at a sensitive time.

  • Managing Change in a Downsizing

Redundancies can bring about anger, tension, and lower staff morale. We deliver bespoke workshops to assist all managers on how to plan and manage change for both themselves and their team.

  • Delivering the Bad News Coaching

We also facilitate workshops and 1-1 coaching interventions to assist managers who have to deliver bad news to staff. This workshop enables managers to conduct the "Bad News Meeting", how to deal with feelings including anger and sadness arising as a result and how to understand and anticipate the type of questions that may be asked.

  • Interim IR Specialist

Our experienced IR specialist is available to organisations on a consultancy basis to advise on preplanning a restructuring. He has in-depth experience of dealing with downsizing and industrial relations issues and his candid advice has saved organisations time and money.

Post-Change Support

Harmonics has developed a management workshop to help them support their staff post restructure. This programme kick starts Managers performance at a time when they have to adapt to leading teams with less people resources.

All downsizing initiatives are different and before any intervention, Harmonics meet with the organisation to diagnose and recommend the best approach based of the needs of the participants at that time.
