Group Outplacement

Where large numbers of people are being made redundant, we offer Group Outplacement support. We have various options depending on the level of support required including;

Career Direction Workshops
We facilitate Career Directions workshops to help participants identify new career options and possible training needs to pursue.

Self-Marketing Workshops
We deliver Self Marketing workshops to help each individual build their new brand identity and Interview Skills workshops to fine tune interview skills.

One to One Career Coaching
We also offer one to one career coaching session to compliment these group outplacement interventions.

We cannot understate the one to one support that follows Group Outplacement as it is a critical part of our service. Many people we work with have not attended an interview for years and are unfortunately low in confidence and self worth.

Onsite Career Centres
Where large numbers are being made redundant, we can cost effectively set up onsite career centres which are manned on scheduled days to cater for people who need assistance and up to the minute job information.

Superquinn Participant
Having done a C.V. course on May 7th in Superquinn Ballinteer, with a girl called Penny, I felt I had to write to you. I have worked in Superquinn Walkinstown for twenty-seven years since leaving school.

Having found going out to look for a job rather daunting and totally not knowing how things are done, I did exactly what I learned step by step.
