Leadership/Functional/Project Teams

We offer bespoke team interventions within Organisations where new teams are coming together, current teams are malfunctioning or where teams need a step change in performance. All team coaching interventions set about to unlock the potential of team performance and deliver lasting behavioural change.

At Harmonics, we are honest with our clients and promise that while we can offer these interventions on a one off basis, our core philosophy is that further follow up supports are necessary to embed learning and lasting behavioural change.  Harmonics Team Contracting Model at the end of our workshops ensures all team members sign up for change. We offer shorter follow up sessions to facilitate what has actually changed since the team day and what challenges the team faced in trying to bring about behavioural team change.

Harmonics team coaching programmes offer a core toolkit to;

  • Build clarity about what the team stand for
  • Help each team member to grow self awareness and understand the unique culture of the current team
  • Enable better understanding of other behavioural styles and highlight conflicts that may arise
  • Gain commitment to an agreed team contract which defines their common purpose

The Harmonics “Team Communications Day” assisted greatly in helping to build bridges between merging companies within a Group. It was instrumental in breaking down barriers both perceived and real.
