Maeve Conroy – Head of Leadership Development & Business Coaching 
Maeve is an Executive Coach who has extensive experience working with and coaching Board level Directors and Senior Managers in a range of businesses.
Maeve's particular strength is in unlocking potential and building high performance for an individual or a group; unlocking barriers to achievement and getting movement forward. She tackles issues with integrity, tenacity and empathy. She makes others feel good about themselves even in difficult or demanding circumstances bringing them onside to work together to make change happen.
She has in-depth talent management experience with businesses ranging from fast moving multi-nationals, to Irish indigenous start-ups, across a range of businesses and industry sectors. She has worked as a coach, consultant and HR professional, with companies as diverse as Diageo, the Mater Hospital, and Keelings.
Maeve graduated top of her class in the Masters programme in Occupational Psychology at the Queens University of Belfast (1991). She also holds a Certificate in Career Counselling (2006) and Lead Facilitator certifications for a range of Training interventions such as High Performance Teams, Managing Change, Communications Skills, Team working, Performance Management, and High Performance coaching.
