Janine Bunnetta - Head of Career Transition, Dublin
Janine is an Executive Career Coach who has a breadth of Business and Marketing experience working both internationally and in Ireland. She has extensive People Management, HR and Marketing insights and has worked with and coached Senior Managers and Board Directors on an international and local basis.
She has worked with individuals and senior teams across many aspects of Organization Behaviour, Leadership, Personal Development, Business Performance and Marketing. She has over 15 years experience working with Diageo across Sales & Marketing in both the on and the off trade (UK, Netherlands & Eire,) She has extensive FMCG experience with clients including; Coca Cola, Gilbys, Bristol Myers Squibb, Revlon, Colgate Palmolive, Neutrogena, Jacobs, Microsoft and Apple.
She has a multi-cultural background and was schooled abroad. She was educated in the States and then in Europe, she moved to the UK in 1986 to complete her 3rd level education in London. She has a Higher Dip in Psychology from DBS and is an Accredited Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
Janine’s career has focus on the areas of People Management and Marketing. She was promoted to MD at a London Marketing agency aged 29, moved to the Netherlands and worked with UDV Nederland (Diageo) before settling in Ireland 8 years ago. She was Director of Performance for RMG Target in Dublin and she managed award winning marketing campaigns for Coca Cola Ireland before joining Harmonics as an Executive Career Coach. Since January 2009, she has facilitated numerous 1:1 Transition Programmes and has mentored for Senior Managers in Telefónica O2, Mercer, The Carphone Warehouse, Danone and Birds Eye.
