Pat Hennessy, a graduate of the University of Limerick, is widely recognised as one of Ireland’s leading career specialists. Pat established Hennessy Recruitment in 1994 having already gained an extensive background in technical and professional recruitment and an outstanding reputation for uncompromising quality and total integrity within the recruitment industry in Ireland. Pat recognised a significant gap in the market for a more personalised approach both in terms of employer and candidate. He used building blocks of honesty, integrity, confidentiality and total professionalism expressed through a personal and friendly manner to grow his business. Pat developed this further through a dedicated partnership approach with client companies.

In 2003 Pat merged his highly successful company with one of Ireland’s leading players in the recruitment market, Premier Group International. In 2006 he co-founded Harmonics with John Fitzgerald, to assist organisations in a uniquely personable way to find, develop, retain and transition people.

Pat has developed an extensive network of key client relationships including: Analog Devices, Boston Scientific, Dell, Kostal Ireland, Wyeth Nutritionals, Molex Ireland, American Power Conversion, Alp Electrical, Creganna Medical, Myson Controls, Lufthansa, Transitions Optical, Flextronics and Limerick Co.
