Fiachra Driscoll - Career & Performance Coach

Fiachra Driscoll having qualified in 1989 as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, has since accumulated over 18 years of business experience (14 years at Board level) with drinks manufacturer/retailer, Beamish & Crawford plc based in Cork.

Having operated successfully at Board level as both Finance Director and subsequently, for ten years, as Commercial Director, Fiachra has extensive cross-functional experience ranging from strategic planning, business development and introduction of new product lines to financial management, cost reduction and business restructuring. This diversity of experience enables him to relate to a wide range of situations and people in business. 

He has a demonstrable track record of success in the area of people development and team building, areas of particular interest to him in business. He has completed an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching. As an associate with Harmonics, Fiachra provides 1:1 coaching support to business executives and is also very involved in the provision of outplacement support to companies. Companies Fiachra has worked with in recent months include the C&C Group and Musgraves Retail Partners Ireland.
