Nadine McCarthy - Career & Performance Coach

Nadine has extensive coaching and consultancy experience in People Management, HR and Business, working with national and international organisations. With over ten years experience in Professional Services, IT, the Financial sector and not-for-profit organisations, she holds a depth of experience implementing cutting-edge organisational strategies, leading and motivating teams, delivering Leadership and Work Life Balance Programmes as well as coaching and facilitating senior management teams and Boards of Directors. This combination of experience allows Nadine to deliver high quality Training and Coaching Programmes that have created profound yet tangible personal, professional and organisational change.

Nadine is a qualified Executive and Personal Coach since 2006 and has been training Coaches for three years on an Advanced Diploma Coaching Programme, which is accredited at national and European level. This has involved her training members of An Garda Síochána in Templemore Garda College as well as students from both private and executive backgrounds.

Over the past four years Nadine has specifically focused on performance coaching with an emphasis on Mindset and Focus, Work Life Balance, Purpose Identification and Goal Achievement. She has coached, mentored, trained and inspired business leaders, entrepreneurs, executives and individuals to create positive and sustainable changes in their business and working lives, through developing their strengths, capabilities and personal impact. Nadine works passionately with clients and client organisations to enable them to attain pristine clarity on their goals and visions to create lasting positive changes.

Nadine has extensive experience in lecturing and has both facilitated Workshops and spoken at International Conferences. She holds a B.A. Hons Degree in International Business and Languages, a Higher Diploma in HR and Management, is accredited with SHL and Thomas International psychometrics and is a qualified Life and Executive Coach.
