Gillian Driver – Career & Performance Coach 
Since becoming an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Gillian has been working as a Career and Outplacement Coach with Harmonics. Gillian’s natural career coaching skills are enhanced by her extensive background and expertise in career development and recruitment.
Gillian has worked with the following organisations delivering outplacement, coaching and search assignments – Tyco Sensormatic, O2, UL, Specsavers, Merit Medical, StockerYale, Keelings, Vodafone and La Crème Distribution. On outplacement projects, Gillian facilitates the self marketing/career direction workshops designed to give participants the tools and information to raise confidence in marketing their experience and to prepare effectively for upcoming interviews. In addition she personally delivers Harmonic’s pioneering 1-1 Career Health Check and 1-1 Outplacement programmes.
Following her degree in 1999, Gillian gained 3 years experience working as an Electrical Engineer within engineering consultancy practices. In 2003, Gillian transitioned her career to head up the technical recruitment & search division within the Premier Group in the Midwest.
Throughout her time in Premier Group she specialised in recruiting supply chain, engineering, quality and production management ranging from intermediate to senior levels within the manufacturing and FDA regulated sectors.
