Bernadette Riley Murray – Career & Performance Coach  

Bernadette Riley Murray is an experienced Executive Coach and NLP practitioner.  She is an IT graduate of Trinity College Dublin with over 25 years experience in the finance, banking and ICT sectors. She works with people at all levels in the organisation from the MD and the senior management team, to teams and individuals in all areas of the business.  

She has led projects in the IT, HR and change management areas. She managed training and development in a subsidiary of one of Ireland’s largest banking groups with a staff of 1500. Bernadette is an accredited facilitator of FranklinCovey’s Leadership and ‘7 Habits’ programmes. 

She builds trust easily with her clients and achieves excellent results from her unique approach. Her approach to people development is client centered focusing on the individuals own needs and ideals. She coaches people to develop realistic career options and follows through with action planning, swot analysis, brainstorming and constructive feedback.

Bernadette is an active member of the Life and Business Coaches Association of Ireland and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
