Alasdar Browne – Performance & Sales Coach
 Alasdar is a skilled and highly intuitive executive coach. He’s very comfortable operating at the highest levels within an organization. His experience is derived from the medical device, financial services and management consulting industries mostly at senior executive level. His background is diverse, with much of his working career being overseas. He’s very comfortable dealing with different cultures and backgrounds.
He’s equally effective coaching at strategic as well as operational levels.
Alasdar’s formative years were spent in a variety of roles within Johnson & Johnson (UK). This was primarily in sales and marketing in the medical device industry. He assumed positions of increasing responsibility in sales, sales training; regional sales management, strategic marketing, six sigma director, sales force effectiveness and change management director during a 12 year career.
He also managed senior client relationships as a management consultant specialising in ‘journey change management’. He’s also delivered leadership and team building programmes to senior executives in the petroleum industry in the Middle East.
A graduate of NUI Galway, Alasdar is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); he is an accredited practitioner and coach in six sigma/change management methodology and an accredited Irish Partner with Franklin Covey in Leadership and 7 Habits Programmes.
