 Karl is a Human Resource development professional with over 20 years management, training & development, mentoring and coaching experience gained from working in the education, multinational and non-for-profit sectors in Ireland and the U.S.
An experienced and highly sought after business mentor, executive coach and trainer, Karl specialises in helping his clients regain the connection with and confidence in themselves in the midst of the diverse and conflicting demands of the modern workplace.
He delivers innovative training and consultancy solutions to individuals and organisations throughout Ireland, helping his clients move from rhetoric to reality through the tailoring of training, mentoring and coaching interventions to suit organisational requirements.
Karl has worked with a variety of organisations including: Kellogg’s, Irish Life & Permanent, FedEx, the Department of Social & Family Affairs, FÁS, SkillNets training groups and SME’s as well as government funded community development partnership companies and EU funded trans-national projects.
Karl has a MSc in Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a fellow of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
