Fiona Keenan – Career & Performance Coach Mentoring Specialist
 Fiona is a skilled executive coach and mentor and brings the benefit of a broad range of professional business consulting experience to her clients. She has over 17 years experience working in the fields of Human Resource Management Consultancy and Learning and Development, working for national and international organisations.
Fiona specialises in the design and implementation of interventions that enhance individual and corporate performance. She works with organisations through coaching and mentoring their key people to reach their full potential and deliver results.
In the early part of her career Fiona was a Regional Personnel and Training Manager for Marks and Spencer plc. She left Marks and Spencer to become the Head of Human Resources for a national IT Company before moving on to become a Manager for the Human Resource Management Consulting Team of Deloitte Consulting.
Fiona has a B.A. in Management Studies and a postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Development.
As an accomplished mentor Fiona has been trained by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She is a CIPD professional assessor and an active member of the Association for Coaching.
