Pat Lyons – Leadership & Psychometrics Specialist

Pat Lyons is a Senior Leadership Coach dedicated to enhancing personnel potential in organisations.  Prior to this he served as the founding Chief Executive of Europa Academy, and acted as Human Resource Director of Glencullen Holdings. With a background in Human Resource, Marketing and Commercial Management, Pat’s career has encompassed senior positions within several multinational organisations. An experienced leadership development professional, he has a proven track record in creating and delivering high value and effective business solutions for clients, especially within Leadership, Team and Personal Effectiveness projects.

Pat has worked in Europe and Africa with a range of private and public sector organisations, where he has won acclaim for his compelling presentation style.  Pat’s professional and research interests lie in the areas of leadership, employee well-being in organisations and team development.

A Fellow of the University of Exeter, Pat’s academic credentials include an MA from University College, Cork, and an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School, as well as Diplomas in Accounting & Finance (ACCA) and Leadership (University of Exeter).  He has worked with the Open University Business School, and lectured in Human Resource Management with the Irish Management Institute.  Pat is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a long standing Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, and a Member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
