Helen Stanton – Performance Coach & Workshop Facilitator
 Helen is an experienced and highly skilled executive coach who is effective at raising the performance levels of senior managers who are already successful at what they do and managers who are experiencing difficulties in their roles. She is powerful at coaching her clients to build up a clear picture of exactly how they want things to be. The clarity of that picture provides them with the energy, will and confidence to make it happen.
She adapts her coaching style to suit the personality type of her clients and is skilled at giving feedback and challenge in a way that motivates her clients.
Helen's portfolio of clients includes national and global companies; third level educational organisations; and voluntary agencies. She has worked with Eircom (coached 80 of the top 120 senior managers), Dundalk Institute of Technology (coached the Executive Management Team including the Director), The Peter Bradley Foundation (coached the CEO) and Accord (coached the CFO). Other individual clients were generally in senior management roles.
Helen is accredited as a coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a graduate of Coach U's Corporate Coach programme and a registered practitioner of Myers Briggs personality assessment. Other credentials include: an M.A. in European Economic and Public Affairs, UCD, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, UCD.
