Siobhàn O’Neill – Career, Performance & Stress Management Coach
 Siobhàn brings many years of senior management experience to her coaching work, which helps clients achieve balance and fulfilment both personally and professionally through a focus on their goals in all areas of life. Throughout her commercial career Siobhán has been very results orientated and helps people achieve their full potential through clear definition of goals and targets.
She is a strong motivator who can “get to the real issue fast” so her clients can move forward in their desired direction. She is perceptive and quite innovative providing alternative solutions to clients by “thinking outside the box” a little.
Siobhán has over 10 years in senior commercial and technical management in the food ingredient and manufacturing industry both nationally and internationally.
Over the past 5 years Siobhán has worked with clients at all levels such as Diageo, Standard Life, Olympus, ESB, National Toll Roads, GECAS, The Musgrave Group, Limerick County VEC, Aughinish Alumina, Halifax, University of Limerick and others to assist people achieve their goals in the areas of career, health and personal development.
Siobhán holds a B. Ed in Home Economics with a Master's Degree in Food Science. She qualified as an Executive Coach and Nutritional Therapist (ITEC) in 2003. Siobhán is also a trained DISC practitioner (behavioural profiling) and Stress Profiler and is a current member of the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland.
