Paula Mullin - Career & Communication Coach
With over eight years experience working in one of Ireland’s leading communications consultancies Paula recognises the importance of company reputation. She believes that at the core of any successful business are highly driven and motivated individuals with an ability to effectively communicate to both their internal and external stakeholders.
Working with a wide range of Irish and multinational companies like Vodafone, Kelloggs, Bank of Ireland and Superquinn, Paula specialises in coaching executives on developing and enhancing their communications skills. An open and honest dialogue in a company leads to a more harmonious working environment for people at all levels, which ultimately results in a more productive organisation. Using her extensive experience Paula advises her clients on how adopting a coaching culture can positively impact corporate reputation.
Despite being incredibly results driven Paula is empathetic in her coaching style. She believes that by being fully present for a person it allows them the chance to identify the truth of what is that is holding them back or creating a block. Together they gently work through a coaching process of awareness building and shifting to ensure that beliefs change and the person discovers themselves to be by far a greater person that they ever thought they could be.
Paula is an associate of Harmonics with a BA honours in Psychology and Sociology from Queens University Belfast and qualifications in Personal and Executive Coaching and Public Relations. She is a qualified trainer and runs workshops on presentation skills training and Corporate Social Responsibility. Paula is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
