Harmonics are currently hiring an Audit Manager for a Limerick based company. The firm is expanding due to continuing growth and the successful applicants will gain exposure to a variety of clients across industry, commerce and professional services both nationally and internationally. This full-time role in the Audit and Accounting department is an excellent opportunity for a career orientated individual with an excellent career progression opportunity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading a team on assignments while managing a portfolio of clients and reporting directly to partners
Very much a client facing role where you provide an exceptional service to maintain and develop key client relationships
Audit of companies in variety of business sectors and preparation of limited company financial statements to meet compliance standards
Responsibility for assisting junior staff and leading a team on assignments
Identify potential opportunities to provide additional value-added services to the client
Perform ad hoc and special projects assignments, as required
A Qualified Accountant with 5/7 years’ experience within a practice environment.
Have strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a team environment and be part of a positive culture for dealing with new clients.
Self-motivated with good initiative and strong attention to detail.
Have a good technical knowledge and an awareness of current audit and accounting issues.
