Our client, based in Clare currently has an opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position offering an excellent salary and benefits package. The Customer Service Manager supports the Mission, Vision, and Culture of the company by managing and providing leadership to the Customer Service team
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Multilingual Customer Service Executives
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of the European Customer Service Team
- Manage Customer Service KPI’s and evaluate productivity to determine pro-active course correction when necessary
- Work closely with the General Manager, Finance & Operations Director and National Sales Managers to deliver best in class customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure a culture of teamwork, support and co-operation is fostered within the Customer Service Team
- Manage the Customer Service Team to ensure that sales and revenue generation is maximised through new and existing customers
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of customer service operations
- 3+ years of management experience
- Proven expertise utilizing key metrics to evaluate and recommend best practices for customer service centre operations
- Multilingual, proficient written and verbal communication in French and German preferred but not essential
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree preferred
