Repair Processor

Our Shannon based client has a new opportunity for multiple Engine Repair Operators. 

Person Specification:

• Good attitude, willing to learn and pursue a career in the aviation industry
• Experience of working in a manufacturing/mechanical or motor maintenance environment would be an advantage. Should be pro-active and eager to learn and take on responsibility.
• Attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity are essential.
• A good understanding of the English language is essential
• .Ability to work as part of a team and get along well with other team members
• .Full training will be provided.

General Responsibilities 

• Ensure all aircraft engine components are repaired to the highest standard of quality within world class turnaround times
• Ensure the highest level of workmanship is delivered and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
• You will work as part of a dedicated production team performing steps within the repair processes that are required to ensure the engine components are fully repaired and ready to go back into service.
• Ensure you follow work instructions, manuals etc when carrying out your role
• Work to the Company principles of 6s, TPM, Lean manufacturing
• You will have a strong focus on safety in your daily duties
• Full training will be provided

Working Hours: 

Mon – Thurs: 7.30am – 4pm

Fri: 7.30am – 3pm

Person Specification 

Training or demonstrated experience in any of the following skills would be a key advantage:

• Inspection
• Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Outlook
• NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
• Cleaning
• Blending
• Welding (TIG very advantageous)
• Machining / CNC Programming
• Services
• Braze

• Experience of working in a regulated manufacturing environment is required
• You should be pro-active and eager to learn and take on responsibility
• Attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity are essential.
• A good understanding of the English language is essential
• Ability to work as part of a team and get along well with other team members
