Financial Services Co-Ordinator
Harmonics Financial Limited is a long established and award winning Financial Services company headquartered in Castletroy, Limerick. The organisation has gone from strength to strength year on year and as part of their continued success are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Co-ordinator, to join their team.
This is a full time and permanent position based in Castletroy with an option for a 4 or 5 day working week.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the financial planning team and will report to Harmonics client service manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Provide support to the financial planning team which includes scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting agendas including preparatory work and managing follow up tasks
- Managing a pipeline of proposals (i.e. life assurance, investment and pension proposals) from submitting proposals to policy issue with product providers
- Administrative support i.e. filing, copying, scanning, indexing, post, stationery ordering
- Professionally responding to client queries ensuring timely processing of their requests and queries and providing ongoing support to them
- Co-ordinating projects with other areas of the business
Essential Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within the financial services sector
- Proficiency in relevant software i.e. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and tools for policy administration and client management
- Demonstrate a keen to attention to detail
- QFA status or progression towards a relevant qualification whilst not essential would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent administrative, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Be an ambitious, proactive team member
