Our client, based in Shannon currently has an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive fluent in french to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. This position also allows for a hybrid working from home option
Main Responsibilities:
- Take and process orders through the telephone, email, post and fax
- “Upsell” products to customers based on sales priorities
- Understand the Features & Benefits and prices of products
- Identify and upsell available promotions
- Maintain all Customer communication in Zendesk (ticketing software)
- Build Customer Satisfaction through post sales follow up
- Liaise with Customers on “Exchange and Returns” process
- Any other duties as relevant to customer service
- Accounts Receivable
- follow up with customers on “aged balances” as per company policy
- Ensure all accounts are kept in line with standard credit terms
- Provide support and cover within the Sales & Operations team
- Operations Support
- Provide back up for the Operations Team as required
- Any other duties as relevant to the administration of customer needs
- Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customers with solutions in the most cost effective way for company and the Customer
- Take ownership of all customer enquiries
- Maintain contact with customers to build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
- Ask questions to better understand customers’ needs
- Ad hoc translations.
- Any other duties as relevant to customer care
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of customer service operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- At least one additional language preferred
- Proven track record of ability to enhance customer sales, service and performance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experienced with customer service software technologies (CRM, Zendesk, NetSuite)
- Accurate and professional written and verbal communication
- Good experience with standard MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
