Harmonics currently have an opportunity for a French speaking Sales Support Executive. This is a maternity leave contract which is based fully working from home. The position would start mid-may and will be for approximately 1 year.
Main Responsibilities:

- Sales Support
- Follow up communication with customers in agreement with the sales team regarding
- Pricing
- Images / Certificates
- Samples
- Other relevant topics coming from KAM meetings
- Onboarding of new accounts
- Coordinate Distributor / Corporate exhibitions / conventions
- Poster coordination for the NSM´s and SD
- Understand the Features & Benefits and prices of products
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Build customer satisfaction through post sales follow up
- Any other duties as relevant to sales support
- Follow up communication with customers in agreement with the sales team regarding
- Inside Sales
- Management of the allocated house accounts
- Discontinued product campaigns
- New product introduction campaigns
- Gap product campaigns
- Dormant account campaigns
- Any other duties as relevant to inside sales
- Customer Care
- Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customers with solutions in the most cost effective way for company and the customer
- Take ownership of all customer enquiries
- Maintain contact with customers to build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
- Ask questions to better understand customers’ needs
- Solve customer problems escalated by the Sales Support Team
- Any other duties as relevant to customer care

Education and Experience:
- Native French speaker or fluency in French required
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
