The key role in Human Resources is to support both employees and the business from initial recruitment right through to retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact (internally and externally) on all HR queries.
- You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of their resourcing requirements.
- Managing the HR IT system (Softworks) and generation of reports.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative changes.
- Ensure data integrity according to GDPR.
- Participate in employee engagement activities.
- Develop and deliver HR-related training and development to line leads.
- Employee file maintenance.
- Assisting in PR activities.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Irish employment law.
- People skills are essential – an ability build relationships and trust.
- Experience of dealing with people at all levels in the organisation.
- Experience of administering an HR IT system.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, good work ethic.
- Confidential, discreet and diplomatic approach. Ability to work with confidential information.
- Problem-solving mindset; ability to be flexible, respond positively to change and work effectively under pressure while dealing with conflicting priorities.
- The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and in excess of 2 years’ experience in a busy, integrated and accessible HR function.
