Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager to work as part of our Professional Services team which is responsible for deploying our enterprise software platform to large globally dispersed customers.
This is a Project Management role requiring strong experience of delivering software projects to large enterprises. It includes scoping, planning, estimating, implementation management, budget management, customer stakeholder management and management of multi-functional vendor teams often spread across several global locations.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project responsibility ensuring successful delivery to the client.
- Responsible for the co-ordination, resourcing and delivery for multiple projects running concurrently to meet the defined project constraints of scope, time and cost.
- Management of resource capacity and time tracking allocated to project level resources
- Ensuring Software License and Service Level Agreements are met.
- Work with all external and internal stakeholders to ensure that all client commitments are communicated and understood ensuring the delivered project meets the client expectations.
- Work with the services team in prioritising projects.
- Gain a deep understanding of the software from a functional, technical and customer use case perspective.
- Contribution to the development and continuous improvement of the project management function.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with more than 5 years’ experience in client facing project/programme A project management qualification would be beneficial.
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrable experience in the delivery of software projects to large customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of current enterprise-class IT system architectures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and to engage in effective communications with both the business and technical stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Good documentation authoring ability
- Would suit a strong candidate with experience in a regulated environment
