Our client, a leading software company based in Limerick is currently recruiting for a Sales Director based in Germany. This is a full time, permanent position offering an excellent salary and benefits package.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for winning & expanding clients in German, DACH and central Europe region
- Position enterprise digital platform as the leading SaaS solution in Life Sciences
- Manage sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
- Manage the pipeline to drive sales forecast, revenue and exceed target goals
- Navigate client and partner organizations to drive awareness and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels
- Onboard and work with regional Partners to help drive sales and delivery
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, contracting and professional services teams
- Share knowledge and be an active team player to support company objectives
- Keep abreast of Life Sciences industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
- Report to Sales leadership of Europe & Asia regions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive nature, can-do attitude and a team player
- 10 years of successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales
- Must have experience in German or DACH region to Life Sciences
- Preferably within quality, validation and manufacturing
- Proven history of achieving sales success, especially winning new clients
- German native and good English ability
- Self-motivated, have initiative and enjoy being part of agile, fast growing company
- Ability to understand and communicate the customer’s business digital transformation needs
- Other languages especially French an advantage
