Sales Ops Specialist
Reporting to the Contract Manager, your main responsibilities will be the Inquiry -To-Order (ITO) process supporting all pre-sales activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Leveraging a sound technical consultant skill set, the Sales Ops Specialist will be able to build relationships with clients in support of the Sales team.
- Responsible for delivery & coordination of RFP’s, RFI’s for the Sales Team
- Help generate and lead responses throughout the RFx process
- Gather materials, details and critical information for a formal and professional response
- Attention to detail and understanding the product and requirements are crucial to this role
- Fast pace, multi-tasking is critical aspect to the success of this role
- Work directly with sales lead to finalize response and increase win percentage by hitting deadlines, success factors and driving teammates
- Responsible for generation of SOW’s and proposals for Sales team & customers
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Coordinate with sales team to deliver required output
- Develop Statements of work, pre-sales proposals and change orders
- Provide timely responses and turnaround to sales team as required
- Create SOW/Service Orders in line with governing agreements
- Create Proposals in line with established terms and conditions and pricing model.
- Support and coordinate required regulatory/compliance desk audits during presale.
- Liaise with clients on proposal clarifications
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Support the Licence Renewals process.
- By preparing periodic renewal proposals
- Supporting the renewals Order Management process
- Complying with internal processes and procedures around proposal sign offs as required.
- Fulfilling Inquiry to Order workflow including project handover to the professional services team
- Negotiating service agreements and associated service orders.
- Ability to work with marketing to draft and publish new solution descriptions
- Support product demonstration and software feature demonstration.
Requirements:
- Degree level qualification is desired; other relevant disciplines may also be considered
- 2 years relevant experience in relevant sector, life sciences industry (recommended), with experience in sales propositions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – demonstrable relationship building experience amongst a range of stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of MS Office packages including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
- ERP (NetSuite®) and CRM (HubSpot®) system experience is desirable.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability, both technical and commercial
- Self-motivated individual with integrity
- Willingness and availability to travel on company business]
