Due to expansion, our client, a global SaaS company based in Limerick are currently recruiting for a Technical Project Manager.
The Technical Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of interfacing with customers including planning, scheduling, costing projects and delivery
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the client always receives superior project management and customer service
- Delivering all projects on time and within budget in accordance with client requirements and specifications
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and invoices
- Tracking and controlling all costs throughout the entire lifecycle of a project
- Status reporting customised to clients’ needs
- Quality control and feedback management
- Provision of business intelligence, quality & productivity metrics customized to clients’ needs
- Running project kick-offs and post-project analysis initiatives
- Working with the client, reviewers, stakeholders
- Troubleshooting and helping to set standards and processes; continually making recommendations to improve processes and maximise efficiencies
- Central handling of queries and support requests
- On-boarding and training new resources and measuring their performance
Desired Skills and Expertise
- 5 Years localisation project management experience
- Degree in IT or relevant project manager qualification (PMI etc)
- Excellent Lean, communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, problem solving abilities, and organisation skills to meet tight deadlines and complex project scenarios.
- Fluent in English (any other language an asset)
- Knowledge of SaaS architectures (AWS & Azure etc)
