Pamela Renwick

As Harmonics Health and wellness Coach, Pamela works with our clients to create realistic selfcare programmes. Pamela  is a Professional Coach (ICF), certified Yoga, Pilates & meditation teacher with over 18 year’s experience in health & fitness industry.  Her specialist areas are personal coaching, stress management, wellbeing, and corporate wellness. Pamela adopts a holistic approach to her coaching and uses specific breathing techniques, mindful meditation, and movement to encourage people to be the best version of themselves.


Jill Savage

Jill is a qualified Executive Coach, accredited Coach Supervisor with the Coaches Supervision Academy, Mental Fitness Coach and Mindfulness Teacher. She has over twenty years’ experience in helping professional people to manage their mind to access happiness, productivity and optimal performance in their lives.

Jill’s approach is to enable people to improve their success and happiness through using an operating system called “Positive Intelligence” alongside executive coaching, so her clients can get to the root cause of negative self-talk, build mental fitness and live the most authentic and productive version of themselves.

William Madden

William has worked in Human Resources for 38 years in Manufacturing industries covering Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Mining, Electronics and Textiles industry sectors with various blue-chip companies. With this diverse industry background, William brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in site start-ups, employee and industrial relations, change management, right sizing of organisations, mergers and acquisitions and most recently was involved in a site closure, having operated at senior leadership level for the last 25 years.

William is a graduate from the University of Limerick with Bachelor of Business Studies, Trinity College with a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour and most recently William qualified as a Workplace Mediator.

Mary Cummins

A Career Coach & Facilitator with significant experience in working in the career transition and career management space.

Mary has worked in the Health Service for over 15 years, most recently as a Senior Manager applying her skills and knowledge in areas such as change management, transformational & purpose driven leadership, regulation, collaborative team working and people development.

Mary has also worked in the voluntary & public sectors as well as working on a consultancy basis with AHEAD, a division of UCD.

Diana Dawson

Diana Dawson is an accredited Master Coach with the Association for Coaching, and a qualified Career Coach, Career Counsellor and Career Psychologist with 20 years’ experience in helping professional people to be happy, successful and fulfilled at work.

Diana’s signature strength is to help people with their careers to discover who they are, what they need, and how to achieve a meaningful and happy working life.

Niamh Shiells

Niamh is an accredited professional executive coach working across UK and Ireland on a range of leadership and career transition coaching assignments. She has successfully coached managers, directors and CEOs and facilitated board development across a number of sectors. She is a former Chair of the Association for Coaching Ireland (2010-13) and was awarded an AC Honorary Fellowship in 2013 for her “outstanding contribution to coaching in Ireland”.

Ailbhe Harrington

An experienced executive coach and leadership trainer, Ailbhe encourages and challenges her clients to embrace the “being” and “doing” necessary to become effective leaders. With over 20 years’ experience she specialises in leadership and performance for individuals experiencing role transitions, work stress and challenges in critical relationships at work.

In 2016, Ailbhe was the winner of the International Coach Federation Ireland “Coach of the Year” award. In 2020, Ailbhe won the President’s Award at the ICF Annual Coaching Awards for the Connect A Coach initiative.


Mairead O’Carroll

An accredited Career Coach and Facilitator, Máiréad has extensive experience in business and the IT industry having previously worked in the multinational, public, education, community and voluntary sectors. As a Professional Registered Member of the Career Development Institute (UK), she holds a QCGD in Career Development, a Post-Grad in Career Guidance, and a Diploma in Coaching along with other academic awards.

Combining her wide sectoral experience with her in depth understanding of the career decision making process, Máiréad helps her clients careers’ transition, develop and grow in the way that works best for them.

Rosemarie Ryan

Having worked at senior management level with organisations, both national and international, Rosemarie has over 25 years’ experience in Executive and Career Coaching, delivery of Outplacement Support, Talent Management, Training & Leadership Development.

As a long time and active member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development, Galway Chamber of Commerce, Skillnet, a founding member of Network Galway, Rosemarie has contributed regularly to local and community job search initiatives and has been a regular contributor to the Irish Independent Career Doctor Column and other media programmes related to career matters.  For a number of years, Rosemarie has partnered with 3rd level and University Institutions as part of their academic support in career and life skills for graduates and post graduates.

Patricia Griffin

A native of Kerry, Patricia has 25+ years of Leadership, Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Training and Coaching experience in the telecommunications, BPO and financial services sectors. 

A highly accomplished and experienced Training Manager, Patricia has a passion to lead, inspire and develop others. Patricia holds a Diploma in Training and Development and Certification in coaching in the workplace. 

As a manager of On-Site Career Centres for Harmonics, liaising closely with local employers, recruitment agencies and training bodies, Patricia’s provides on the ground, practical and real-time career coaching and job search support.
