With over 20 years’ experience she specialises in leadership and performance for individuals experiencing role transitions, work stress and challenges in critical relationships at work.

In 2016, Ailbhe was the winner of the International Coach Federation Ireland “Coach of the Year” award. In 2020, Ailbhe won the President’s Award at the ICF Annual Coaching Awards for the Connect A Coach initiative.
