Mary has worked in the Health Service for over 15 years, most recently as a Senior Manager applying her skills and knowledge in areas such as change management, transformational & purpose driven leadership, regulation, collaborative team working and people development.

Mary has also worked in the voluntary & public sectors as well as working on a consultancy basis with AHEAD, a division of UCD.
