An experienced business leader of over 30 years, including 15 at Board level, and a qualified Executive Coach and facilitator, Niall brings a wealth of experience to his coaching practice.

As Managing Director of KBC’s project finance business, Niall led the strategic direction of KBC’s global project finance operations in Ireland, UK, Europe, US, Asia and Australia.  In this role, he worked with executives at all levels dealing with complex business, political and personnel issues, transitional challenges and working with a variety of different management styles and cultures.
