Working with business to improve the performance of their people is Ronan’s passion. An executive HR leader, Coach and Organisational Behaviour specialist, Ronan has designed and led multi-faceted transformation strategies in complex and challenging environments.
A partner with Organisation Change Management consultancy, Futurus, Ronan’s work with Harmonics spans organisational design and development, purpose and culture, change, innovation and transformation, organisational effectiveness, leadership and talent.
During his career, he has gained deep insight into what it takes to create the right type of culture and people strategies that grow and sustain high performance from front-line sales and service, large scale operations and IT. Having represented employees in his early career and now with over twenty years’ experience in leadership and executive teams, he brings a unique lens and ability to assess behaviours, interests and motivations at all levels in organisational life.
Ronan holds a BA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, an M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College and is currently undertaking the Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching (AMEC) at the Hult International Business School.
