William has worked in Human Resources for 38 years in Manufacturing industries covering Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Mining, Electronics and Textiles industry sectors with various blue-chip companies. With this diverse industry background, William brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in site start-ups, employee and industrial relations, change management, right sizing of organisations, mergers and acquisitions and most recently was involved in a site closure, having operated at senior leadership level for the last 25 years.

William is a graduate from the University of Limerick with Bachelor of Business Studies, Trinity College with a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour and most recently William qualified as a Workplace Mediator.
