Background:

Harmonics were retained by a Utilities Client to design and deliver a ‘Career Conversations’ Programme to support both mentors and mentees across the Organisation to prepare for Career Development Conversations.

Challenge:

The Client wanted to prepare it’s people for an impending Organisation Restructure which would lead to new roles being created, some roles being disbanded and also a change in the skills required for existing roles in the future. This would lead to a new Organisation Model which meant many staff would need to interview for internal positions.

Solution:

Harmonics partnered with the client to firstly assess the current Workforce Readiness for Change which highlighted several gaps and areas for career development. We then designed and delivered a series of Future Career Readiness Webinars and Breakout Coaching Sessions to help both mentors and mentees identify the skills and professional development required to bridge the gap to be successful in the new Organisation Model.
