Harmonics help individuals, teams and organisations to future proof and align their workforce to become fit for purpose to deliver on changing business needs. With offices in Limerick, Dublin and Cork, we employ 14 people full time and bring together a nationwide network of over 30 coaches and consultants each with their own area of specialism. We provide a business-to-business service for all sectors including Financial Services, Pharma, MedTech, Telco’s, Manufacturing, FMCG and Public Sector.

We had a bold vision to become the best Career Services Firm in Ireland. Our first client was the University of Limerick. We designed and delivered a Pilot Career Development Programme for all Female Staff which became a huge success and kickstarted our reputation.

2006

Melissa Foley joined Harmonics to set up the Recruitment Division. We wanted to create a values-based agency that deeply understood clients hiring needs while providing a quality hiring experience for candidates and clients.

2008

The recession was in full swing when Liam Croke and John Fitzgerald became business partners and set up a sister business Harmonics Financial which broadened our Outplacement offering to include personal financial planning to meet changing client needs.

2009

We wanted to play on the Global stage and became the Exclusive Irish Partner Firm of OI Global Partners.  As independent business owners across 28 countries, we share best practice, diverse clients, thought leadership and technology resources ensuring that we are at the leading edge in our field.

2011

In a landmark year of rapid growth we were recognised by our Chamber as Best Services Business Award Winners. This was also in recognition of the creation of an Award-Winning Career Portal in the Financial Services Sector.

2012

The brainchild of our Founder John Fitzgerald was to create the Annual OIGP Global Future of Work Study. This Study provides rich Global Insight for our clients and informs our thinking on new Programme Development.

2016

To prepare people in Organisations for the disruption and changing future of work, we devised the Future Readiness Index. This Pulse Instrument helps Organisations and Individuals to assess how ‘change ready’ they are for the future.

2018

We published ‘Future Proof Your Career’, a practical book to help working professionals all over the world to succeed by anticipating change. While the book predates Covid19, the changes predicted have expediated even faster.

2019

We survived Covid19, we quickly adapted our services online quickly and thank all of our team for their tenacity and resolve in trying times.
