We visualise our Cultural Assessment with a 4-box model

  • Organisations with high levels of engagement but low happiness tend to create a siloed, competing culture.
  • Organisations with high levels of happiness but low levels of engagement tend to have lots of positive intent but they lack direction.

With the right balance of engagement and happiness organisations create a thriving culture.

Developed by Harmonics Global Partner, The Happiness Index, each question in the Cultural Assessment is underpinned by Neuroscience.

“Over the past 6 years I have been extremely fortunate to have several opportunities to work with the expert team at Harmonics, successfully achieving a number of professional goals including career development, financial planning for the future and more recently, applying for and securing a new role in the most challenging of recruitment environments, the COVID pandemic. Liam Croke was a trusted support in expertly guiding me through the headache of financial planning while always patiently translating the complicated foreign language that is finance! Neil Doherty was a supportive and encouraging mentor during a recent mid-career planning phase, again guiding me through the often daunting modern recruitment process in this current online environment. Always there with a helpful tip or words of encouragement, Neil always had the right response to any query! The Harmonics Online Career Centre is a treasure trove of information and advice, helpful articles, videos and guides on all topics career-related, an excellent resource. I would highly recommend the Harmonics experience!”

“After the difficult announcement to close our site in Shannon after almost 50 years, our focus was to select an Outplacement Service Provider that we could partner with to provide the high level of support we wanted for our employees. We chose Harmonics because the employee was at the core of their service. There was a lot of understandable concern on site following the closure announcement. One of the first steps we took was to bring Harmonics on site to meet with employees and outline the support and service that would be provided. This was hugely beneficial and helped to raise the morale following the announcement. Employees understood the support that would be provided and their concerns were allayed. The programme with Harmonics ran for over 16 months. The career coaches that we worked with were experts in their fields and they developed strong connections with our employees. We had many long service employees who had reservations initially, Harmonics broke down those barriers and supported in any way possible. As a result of the programme, employees understood their unique capabilities and developed job search skills that they will take forward. Many employees have successfully secured new employment or have returned to education, Harmonics helped employees to explore all options. We ran a Career Centre on site with Harmonics for over 6 months. This support was invaluable to our employees for all aspects of their career search. The background support provided by the Harmonics team ensured that the programme ran smoothly to meet all needs. We were faced with the COVID pandemic early on in the programme, but the Harmonics team quickly adapted to ensure that the quality of service was not impacted. Thank you to John and all the Harmonics team for the wonderful and much appreciated support provided to our employees.”
